See this flyer for all the details of our new spring event! We’re starting off the afternoon with the Second Annual NWACA/NW Austin Kickball, kickball games. First, we’ll have a recreational game, next a competitive game. Dust off your tennies and join us! You don’t have to sign up, just Show Up to play - families, kids, everyone is welcome. Last year’s games were a blast! Then, join us for the groundbreaking of the Loewy Family Playground at Murchison Pool with District 10 Councilmember Alison Alter, our famous NWACA Parks Committee with their golden shovel, and of course, the Loewy Family. The afternoon continues with performances by School of Rock, Journey Martial Arts, Shotguns Blazing Band, Shirley McPhail School of Dance, and lastly, the Anderson High School Jazz Band. Kona Ice, Austin’s Pizza, Daily Juice, and the NWA Kickball concession stand will be there to keep us well fed and hydrated, but just in case we need them, Austin Emergency Center will be on hand, too!
