A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for the NWACA July 4th Parade & Freedom Fest! It was wonderful to see so many neighbors, families, and friends come together to celebrate our community.
A very special thank you goes to our outstanding July 4th Co-Chairs, Amy Hajdu and Megan Helmbrecht, whose countless hours of planning, organization, and leadership made this year’s event such a tremendous success. They made an enormous undertaking look effortless, and we are so grateful for everything they did behind the scenes. And, a special thank you to our President, Joyce Statz, for her steadfast leadership and for always guiding and supporting us every step of the way. We also want to thank the many incredible volunteers whose time and dedication helped make the day possible.

We’re already looking forward to next year’s celebration! If you’d like to be part of making it happen, we’d love to have more volunteers join our team.
Events like this are made possible through the support of the Northwest Austin Civic Association (NWACA). Annual membership is just $25 per household, and memberships and donations help fund community events like our July 4th celebration throughout the year.
